EU 9.2% (7.1% Sept08)
Eurozone 9.7% (7.7% Sept08)
Compared to Sept 08, Germany only 0.5 up (7.1% to 7.6%) Belgium 0.6 (7.3% to 7.9%) Latvia 11.6 (8.1% - 19.7%)
NL still uber low rate, only 3.6%, while Latvia 19.7% and Spain 19.3% top the rate list.
