More or less Europe or .....(the real dilema)?

IMO the EU - European dilemma is not "more or less Europe" but "less and better or sloppy legislation (both EU and national levels )?

Yhe real EU divide is between those who believe in regulating everything and those who believe in reasonable and good regulations.
