A question to the EU and IMF economic policy leaders and their teams, by Nikos Panayotopoulos (SYRIZA, MBA INSEAD)

Dear

Olaf Scholtz
Mario Centeno
Christine Lagarde
European Commission Competition DG
et al

When a July 2018 night at the Radisson Park Blu in Athens costs at least Euros 265 (1), then

a) the "antikeimeniki timi" ("objective value") and

b) the market price

per square meter

for around 1970 built apartments and offices in nearby Patissia, Victoria's Square, Kypseli and Exarchia areas in Athens, Greece should be way above the 500 Euros per m2 sought by most available buyers at present.

What should the average salaries in Greece be in the private and public sectors?

Therefore, see you all soon with answers to these.

Nikos Panayotopoulos
SYRIZA
MBA, INSEAD
