Leadership Profiles: Stelios Sklavenitis (in Memoriam)

In 2001 I wrote that if Che Guevara lived today he would come to Greece and start a business. Stephanos Komninos, a former Secretary for Commerce passed this to the then Mininster of the Economy Dr. Nikos Christodoulakis who was equally impressed.

The reason is that many know that Greece has always been maybe the hardest market to start or maintain a company.

I never had the pleasure to meet Stelios Sklavenitis when I worked for the Greek employers' organisation (SEV).

RIP.
